Die DJI Matrice M30T wird standardmäßig mit dem DJI Care Enterprise Basic Service ausgeliefert, der innerhalb der 12-monatigen Laufzeit bis zu 2x den Austausch eines defekten Gerätes gegen Gebühr ermöglicht.

Der Service kann nach 12 Monaten 2x um je weitere 12 Monate verlängert werden. Maximal kann man den Service also auf 36 Monate erweitern.
DJI Care Enterprise Basic wird während der Aktivierung des Gerätes entweder ganz automatisch im Hintergrund aktiviert, oder es erscheint ein zu bestätigendes Fenster während der Aktivierung.
